Timothy Kippenhan, Vice President & COO, Miron Construction Co., Inc.

Few team members at Miron have the intimate knowledge of the multiple departments within the company as Kippenhan does. He began his career with Miron in 1984, working in the yard and shop. He later worked in the estimating department and in the field as a laborer. With experience in engineering and as an office/field engineer, he went on to become a project manager and later, director of project management. He was named chief operating office in 2005.

In this role, Kippenhan is active in the daily management of the company and participates in all aspects of corporate operations, providing management expertise and guidance.

Kippenhan graduated from Michigan Technological University, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering / Option: Construction, and is a LEED^® AP-BD+C. As an active member of the community, he supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley (board member) and is involved in youth sports programs with the local YMCA. Kippenhan is also active in the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin.
